Hi, I'm Tenisha, a Certified Life Coach and CEO of HerDay 1. My passion for helping people in need started back in 2010 when I became more interested in volunteering for my community. I started my healthcare career in 2019 and it only motivated me more to continue to chase my dream to help people. Life coaching is something I see as a way to help someone who has a strong desire to grow throughout their journey in life. My specialty is personal development for women that feel they need someone on their side to be a coach that will respect their privacy and treat them with respect while being a genuine guide they can fully depend on. The mission I have for HerDay 1 is to empower women in society who feel as though they have fallen into a place that they have no more drive to go after what they want to achieve in their lives. Throughout my life I have felt this way too many times to count. We all deserve to be an inspiration and live a fulfilling life. I have been inspired by my children to be the light in someone's life because from day one they have been mine.
