Standard coaching

Weekly 60-minute sessions designed for consistent progress and positive change. Monthly Package: $150 (4 weekly sessions).

Intensive coaching

Deeper 90-120 minute sessions for major breakthroughs and achieving long-term goals. 3-Month Package: $500. 6-Month Package: $800.
